The services ("Services") are provided by E-Store Solution. All services and applications provided through the EKhataBook website are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using EKhataBook Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Terms

To use EKhataBook you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age, agree to these Terms, provide accurate registration information, and maintain account security. Violation may result in account termination.

2. Registration Data & Account Security

By registering, you agree to provide accurate Registration Data, maintain your password and API credentials, accept responsibility for your account activity, and acknowledge that EKhataBook may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your Use of the Service

You may use EKhataBook only under a valid agreement with us. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with notice. Misuse of the service is prohibited. Use does not grant ownership of intellectual property.

4. Payment Terms / Refund Policy

You are responsible for applicable taxes. A minimum 7-day free trial is offered to new users. On-premises license keys are non-refundable once delivered. Monthly plans are billed in advance and non-refundable. Annual plans may qualify for refunds on unused months. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. License

The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive. You must not share login credentials outside your organization.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel at any time but remain responsible for proper cancellation. Mid-month cancellation does not entitle you to refunds. EKhataBook may change, suspend, or terminate services or accounts as permitted by law.

7. Copyright and Ownership

EKhataBook retains intellectual property rights. You may not copy, alter, or redistribute the service without written permission. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant visibility rights as needed for the service to function.

8. Beta Services

Beta features may be modified or discontinued at any time without liability.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms with notice via email or on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10. API Usage

API access is subject to these Terms. Accounts may be suspended for abusive or excessive API usage.

11. General Conditions

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. EKhataBook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Third Party Links

Third-party websites are not controlled by EKhataBook. Use them at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

We disclaim liability for lost profits, financial data, or damages beyond what is reasonably foreseeable.

14. Exclusion from Liability

Liability is excluded for delays, losses, damages, or penalties outside our reasonable control.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EKhataBook against claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law
